I signed up for this IPTV service hoping to cut the cord and enjoy a wide range of channels without breaking the bank. Instead, I got a front-row seat to what I can only describe as a daily technical disaster. Channels either don’t load, buffer endlessly, or play for 5 seconds before freezing. When they do work, the quality swings between unwatchable and mildly tolerable. I contacted support, and after three canned responses and being told to “restart my device,” they just stopped replying altogether. This isn’t a streaming service—it’s a patience test. And I failed.
Guru IPTV provides great customer support. Mr. Abdullah provided technical assistance when I had an issue with my IPTV box. He would constantly follow up with me.
My Box is not working since 9/25/2025 and every day I am being told that someone from senior team will call me back but nothing happens. Box has only 3 channels and nothing else. It’s not even 2 years and the service has gone down the drain. I would never ever recommend this pathetic, third class service to anyone in future. On the name of a tech support they have a female emplyee who knows nothing about tech support and she continuously repeats the same script that someone will call you. Give us some time. Someone will call within 24 hours. No ticket number or anything. No one is available on chat support either.
I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the abysmal service provided by GuruIPTV. My service has been completely off for a full week, and my experience with their customer service and tech support has been nothing short of a nightmare.
The issue: A week-long service outage
My service has been down for over seven days.
The problem is not a general outage affecting all customers, but appears to be selectively targeting specific users, which is concerning and frustrating.
The customer support runaround
I have contacted GuruIPTV’s support team repeatedly over the past week.
Every single time, I have been given the same empty promise: “Give us some time, someone will call you within 24 hours.”
Not a single person has followed up or called me back. This shows a complete disregard for customer issues and a lack of accountability.
The tech support black hole
The promised “technical support” is non-existent.
Despite being “aware of my issue,” the company has made no concrete effort to resolve it.
There has been no communication, no diagnostics, and no genuine effort to get my service back online.
Recommendation
I strongly advise anyone considering GuruIPTV to look elsewhere. The unreliability of their service and the utter failure of their customer and tech support to address problems make it clear that this is not a service provider to be trusted. Once they have your money, they will leave you to deal with any issues on your own.
Please stay away from this. Tjey have the worst possible service. Never call you back to troubleshoot and keep ignoring the calls. Their server also lags a lot amd is down most days. Please save your money.
Cut the call same connection during live sports is terrible
I wish I can give negative ratings. Wonder how they are in business with such shi**y service. 100’s of complain and no resolution. I even offered to pay for the new box, yet no resolution. STAY AWAY. Once they have your money, good luck with customer service.
I have always disappointed with their customer service and diagnostic team they hang up when they are not able to resolve the issue.

We installed this on on my IPad February 2025. It worked well for one week. Subsequently we were away for a while. Since July 2025 it has stopped working completely. My husband has made at least 50 calls till date and we get just the promises that there senior technical expert would call us and resolve the issue. Till date no one has called us or resolved the issue. On many occasions when we call after someone answers the call we are kept on h-led for over 30 minutes and the call gets disconnected.
I have the names of most of the associates to whom I have s-oken. The issue is still unresolved.

I got Iptv and it was laging so i cancaled it within 2 days of activation but for refund the keep on giving excuses and have not processed it yet.
About 5 days back the screen on the IPTV went blank. 0 recordings is what I see. I have called the customer service/technical folks. Every time I am told that they will call back within 24 hrs. Its been 120 hrs and still no call. They dont give me a reason. I would understand if I was told that the service is discontinued. I would look for another service. But nothing so far.

i had very bad experience with their customer service and technical support team. The technical team is not able to resolve my basic issue in iptv. They are looking for months now, and still not able to resolve. very bad customer support and techincal support.. Chat they won’t respond, calls they won’t pick. It is the worst customer/technical team in my experience. they waste my time and energy for few months now. still no answer from them. reimbursement also they are not giving.
Verified purchase- Hi, we got the services with you guys and since the day we got the services our channels are always cutting off every 5 minutes. I had multiple phone calls and wasted so much time. My internet speed is over 500 mbps, deleted the app and reinstalled and tried every solution. Whoever is Rahul, needs to refund my money. He sold the plan saying it is 60 day refund policy. I still haven’t received the refund.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service. My IPTV box stopped working, and I’ve been unable to get any help. I called several times, only to get an automated message saying someone would call me back, which never happened. I also tried the online chat and spoke with a representative named Taniya, who was very unresponsive. After finally getting my information, she did nothing to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this service—save your money and time. While they may have been good in the past, their service is now non-existent.

October 16th, I called on the TV-box is stopping middle of show, movie, cricket. Mrs. Swara Sing help me/guide me on reset certain things on TV setting and box setting to fix the stopping issue. She also told me that she will follow up tomorrow and make sure problem solved.
I am happy on her support and time she spent on this issue. She mentioned that my box is under warranty and if problem does not solve then there is free replacement. I appreciate lots for her help and her knowledge. In our call two times phone cut due to some reason but you called me to finish your instructions on set-up process. This is your great service by Swara sing (5 out of 5).

Tech team calls after 12 hours and says what is the issue is it working now. The answer is yes it’s working now but every no and then there is an issue. Tech person is so agitated he tells me sir pls call back if you face this issue again.
Agent was pretty rude while speaking, instead of understanding the problem and trying to analyze the root cause, they just dodge the problem.
GURU IPTV is very good.. Sanjeev and Nidhi both are very helpful.. They explained me everything what needs to be done to keep my service going on.. I definitely recommend to others

Channels pause often and then go blank. Even their customer service can’t fix. Sometimes if watching a program, it’s so bad that it cannot connect despote rebooting nonsense. Sorry to have purchased IPTV, would not recommend to others.

MY gurutv app on iPad not working almost every day from last one month. I am calling the gurutv technicians , most of the time they don’t understand the issue and some technicians disconnecting the phone while I am speaking. Very poor service, I can’t get hold of manager. Wanted my money . Literally calling every night to fix the app and still they don’t make it work.

This service is excellent and highly reliable. The customer service team is fantastic. They always listen patiently and solve any problems. They also upload movies upon request. I am pleased with the service. I always refer to this to my friends. Additionally, the platform is customer-friendly, featuring easy navigation.

Guru IPtv’s content is huge. getting a new movie or show to be added is very easy by calling the customer care. Setting up ip tv box is easy. highly recommended.

Wish I could give this zero stars. All their staff is full of excuses. First they told me they can activate me on buzz tv after I bought their service their tech team said it won’t work. They had me activate on fire stick. I’ve had nothing but problems since I paid for their service. Each time I call they say they will call me back in 15 mins but they call me back in 4-5 days after midnight. They continuously hang up on me last few days and don’t call me back. I’m going to have to dispute the charges with my bank because they won’t take me serious when I ask for a refund.

I want to give minus star if i can, a year ago when they sold their subscription they told us that you will get new content update in many languages and quality will be fantastic but the only update old content again again.
Poor customer service. It was not working on important cricket match day. I was trying calling them multiple time and hours and hours however there was no response on customer service number.
They wasted my weekend. I was able to reach them after 10 hour and repo se from customer service was not good.

I am suspect these guys have comfortably disabled the phone lines temporarily so that no one can call them. This is very bad customer service. I regret that I renewed 5 years plan with these guys.

When there are downtimes, there is no update. The phone numbers stop working and whatsapp chat without any response.

The whole iptv is down. It’s not just me, three other friends who have guru iptv have same issue.
One friend has mobile subscription and his services are down too.
All the people who had given good reviews are people who watch regular channel daily like news channel or movies.
Guru IPtv is not for people who watch once in a while, critical shows like cricket match.
Two years I had the same issue. Three more years to go for the current subscription to expire.
Purchased top of line device and it’s not working, keeps buffering and screen keeps blacking out intermittently. Tried calling tech support and keep getting busy signal.

This is unreal. They have bad service. You have call every 15-20 days to active service even you have purchased for year or 5 years.

It is indeed sad that the customer service nor the technicians have no clue to what is happening at their end , all they do is give false promises, an Indian takes this service to WATCH INDIAN programs and they are the ones which don’t work.
